Process Analysis is the act of conducting a thorough review and arriving at a complete understanding of a business process with the goal of achieving process excellence in a business process.
Most organizations develop their internal processes organically over time. And in most cases, this works well in the early stages of the organization. But as organizations evolve so do their needs but in many case, they cling to their internal process as if they are a holy grail, a blue print of where they came from not a map to where they want to go.
As part of our process we review all key processes in an organization from an outsider's perspective while learning how the business operates. As a result, we are able to see what works and what needs to change in a much clearer picture. We do not want to change process for change itself. If its not broken don't fix it.
